Marcy Velte is currently the Bethlehem area reporter with Spotlight Newspapers and previously was a general assignment reporter for the Daily Gazette in Schenectady. Marcy is a recent graduate of the journalism program at the State University of New York at New Paltz, where she helped to form the school's first online magazine "The Little Rebellion." While in college, Marcy interned with "The Legislative Gazette," a weekly newspaper covering state government from inside the Capitol, where she focused on education.
